Trump wakes and promptly sends delirious tweet threatening North Korea

President Donald Trump rolled out of bed early on Tuesday morning and started the day by threatening North Korea on Twitter.

At approximately 8am, Trump revealed to the world the contents of his conversation with Chinese president Xi Jinping.

His first tweet indicates that he is asking China to “solve” the “North Korean problem” for him.

“I explained to the President of China that a trade deal with the U.S. will be far better for them if they solve the North Korean problem!”

While it is uncertain if he asking China to pressure them economically via sanctions, in return for a beneficial trade deal with America, his second tweet had a much more ominous message.

“North Korea is looking for trouble. If China decides to help, that would be great. If not, we will solve the problem without them! U.S.A.”

These tweets come on the heels of a strong response from North Korea after Trump ordered the Pacific fleet to the North Korea region.

“We will make the US fully accountable for the catastrophic consequences that may be brought about by its high-handed and outrageous acts,” they declared in a statement provided to CNN.

Japanese newspaper Sankei said that China views Trump’s stance as “warning” of a possible attack on North Korea.

In addition, A South Korean news outlet has reported that China is moving 150,000 troops to the North Korean border, as well as deploying submarines to monitor the American fleet.
